Shipping policy

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

Delivery

UK orders are sent using a tracked delivery service. Standard tracked delivery costs £3.95 per order.

We aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days of receiving your order.

Our standard delivery service normally aims to deliver within 2–3 working days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control. Royal Mail currently states that Tracked 48 aims to deliver within two to three working days.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive confirmation and tracking information where available.

Delivery address

Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order. If you notice an error after ordering, contact us as soon as possible at hello@morpadel.co.uk. We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been prepared or dispatched.

Delayed or missing orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact hello@morpadel.co.uk with your order number and we will look into it.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@morpadel.co.uk, including your order number and photographs where helpful.

International delivery

We do not currently offer international delivery. We may introduce additional delivery destinations in the future.
