Returns and refunds

We hope you’re happy with your MOR Padel order. If something isn’t right, please contact us at hello@morpadel.co.uk before sending anything back.

Change-of-mind returns

If you bought from us online, you can tell us that you wish to return your order within 14 days of receiving it. You then have a further 14 days to send the item back. This reflects your statutory rights for online purchases in the UK.

To start a return, email hello@morpadel.co.uk with your order number and the item you would like to return. We will confirm the return instructions and provide the returns address.

Please do not send items to MOR Padel without contacting us first.

For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for the cost of returning the item. We recommend using a tracked postal service and keeping proof of postage.

Items should be returned in a resellable condition. You are welcome to inspect and try on clothing as you would in a shop. If an item has been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary and its value has been reduced, we may make an appropriate deduction from the refund.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please email hello@morpadel.co.uk as soon as possible with your order number and, where useful, photographs of the issue.

Where an item is faulty, damaged or supplied incorrectly, MOR Padel will arrange an appropriate solution and will cover reasonable return costs where a return is required. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and checked, we will issue any refund due to your original payment method.

For qualifying cancellations of a whole order, we will also refund the cost of our standard outbound delivery. If you return only part of an order, the original delivery charge will not normally be refunded.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, or earlier where required by law.

Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to show the refund in your account.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, colour or product, please return the original item and place a new order.

Return address

Returns must be sent only after contacting us and receiving return instructions.
